Station Approach is brand new for 2021 and offers high specification and secure student accommodation for NMITE.
Cityheart Living have 3 room types available for our NMITE students. Our Standard Ensuites allow you to have your own bedroom and ensuite, whilst sharing a kitchen and social space between 4 and 7 students. Our Studios and Accessible Studios will give you complete independence as you will have your own bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette.
All of our social and shared kitchens come with SMART TVs and lounge area to ensure you have some space to unwind and relax. All rooms are available on 50-week tenancies.

No.1 Station Approach opens its doors in September 2021 and boasts a modern common room for the students to enjoy. Spaces for ‘fitness areas’, ‘gaming’, ‘socialising’ and ‘studying’ means the students will feel at home as soon as they move in.
