Cityheart Living have signed a contract with Midas Construction to build their second phase student scheme, located at Ladybellgate Street situated in the heart of Gloucester.
This 190 bed scheme supplements the 295 bed scheme completed two years ago, which is fully occupied.
The scheme is funded by Aviva with a Nominations agreement with Hartbury University. The scheme is due to complete in summer 2022. MM Management Services are the Employers Agent and QS, together with architects Faulkner Browns
